Solid brass half moons cradle repeating rectangular lenses adorned with bevels on every edge. Front and back illumination. Handcrafted in Daikon Studio’s Arizona workshop, the Yakata Sconce transforms a simple vertical form into an expressive study of light, material, and proportion. Its faceted lenses produce shifting highlights across the surface while the circular backplate gives the fixture a strong architectural presence. Well suited to corridors, entryways, bathrooms, bedrooms, and hospitality interiors, Yakata provides generous illumination without projecting far into the surrounding space. Distinctive yet restrained, it brings warmth and definition to the wall without overwhelming the architecture.
